Hydro-Testing
With a custom built mobile testing trailer, we have the ability to do complete testing of cylinders such as SCBAs and breathing air storage cylinders (commonly called "cascade cylinders") at your fire station or business facility. Cylinders will be tested, refilled, and returned to service without the typical wait associated with exchanging and testing a few cylinders at a time. Testing is done in accordance with DOT specifications with new up-to-date equipment along with water and air temperature monitoring to better control testing conditions. Test records are provided in printed form (or CD by request) to help you maintain your cylinder testing records. As for the next time testing is required, we will keep records of that and contact you in advance so scheduled testing is both timely and convenient. We are able to Hydro-test most other cylinders, including oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, SCUBA, and more.

Eddy Current Testing
We are able to perform Eddy Current Testing. The Eddy Current Testing is completed using Visual Plus 3 equipment, which meets DOT requirements as of 2007 regarding cylinders manufactured using 6351 aluminum alloy. Please contact us for questions on this service.
Air Quality Testing
We are able to take air quality samples of your breathing air for third-party testing. We can send the results through mail or email to your department or facility.
Flow Testing of Packs
Pro Hydro-testing can complete OSHA compliant Flow Testing via the PosiChek3 Test bench to any pack used in a commercial or industrial setting. We are currently unable to Flow Test to NFPA standards. We are looking to add a NFPA compliant Flow testing option in the near future.
