Since 2003, I have worked in the fire and rescue business doing service and sales. I have performed service and repairs on rescue tools, air bags, and breathing-air compressors. I have worked most of my adult life in some type of service business, including 20 years in automotive, from tech to service manager. I've spent another 11 years working as a production manager in a motion control business, again working with customers on both production and service challenges.

I've learned a lot about taking care of customers when it comes to service. I have talked to many fire fighters at numerous fire departments and one of several painful aspects of keeping the department up to high standards is the inconvenience of having SCBA cylinders and cascade cylinders tested. There are businesses that do this type of work, but they require you to get your cylinders to them a few at a time, since you will be without them for some period of time while they test them. It's sometimes hard to find those last few cylinders that need to be tested. There is also the time it takes to manage the logistics of this process. All of this I see as a time-consuming area that takes away from keeping up with all the other work, training, etc. that needs to be done to keep your department/business running at its best.
That's what brought about the concept of mobile hydro-testing. We strive to provide the best service in hydro-testing, which will in turn ease some of the load of keeping your fire department or business working at the high level you expect.
